Try getting outside with your camera - the combination of fresh air, creativity and taking notice can really help turn your day around. As one of our past participants, Kathleen, said -
"When I’m out walking (with a camera) I view things so differently. It’s made me more aware of my surroundings. We get along well as a group, there’s a lot of laughter and encouragement – it’s important to encourage each other. I’m going through a difficult period in life, and this course has helped me to meet people so I don’t feel isolated. When you’re taking photographs, you get out and about and you see life going on.”
